Delivery policy
Once your order has been received we will endeavour to despatch it to you the next working day. Single item orders will be despatched by Royal Mail so will take up to 3 working days to reach you.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been despatched to you. Contact Customer Services on 01332 384235 during working hours, voicemail is available outside of this time.
Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Privacy policy
DB Publishing collects information from our customers in order to process their order or as a result of a request from the customer for marketing information.
DB Publishing never pass on any of the customer details to a third party.
All contact information is saved and used only to inform the customer of further books that they may be interested in. At any point the customer may request to be removed from the customer database.
All financial information obtained via letter or telephone call is destroyed once the order has been placed. All financial information given for processing via Paypal is never held by DB Publishing.
