ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Euan Kellie is a Chartered Town Planner and, as of 2010, is training to become a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.
The book follows on from his website www.rebuildingmanchester.co.uk which he set up in August 1996, whilst studying at university. It has attracted many hundreds of visitors over the years and has led to television appearances and contributions to exhibitions in both the UK and the United States.
Euan studied at the University of Manchester and has worked in the property industry since 1999 in both the public and private sector. During this time he has also been fortunate enough to have worked on some of the largest - and in some cases most controversial - development proposals in the city centre.
