ABOUT THE AUTHORS

ALISTAIR and JAN CAMPBELL are professional photographers
who have travelled extensively in pursuit of their profession. Between them, they have over 50 years’ experience in various photographic disciplines. They have both received high accolade and recognition for their effors, including a British Empire Medal (BEM) for Alistair in the 1992 Queen’s Honours List, and Jan’s award of Associate membership to the British Institute of Professional Photographers.

Alistair and Jan have previously published a number of larger photographic guides, including York City Beautiful, Derby City Beautiful and Chester City Beautiful. from which the idea for this guide was taken.
